Thank you for your prayers and support for our family. We trust you are staying strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Our departure date for South Africa has been changed to early December. Below is a letter from the Things to Come Mission leadership team explaining the reasons behind the delay.
The change of plans will give us the opportunity to continue ministering in the Grace Bible Church of Grants Pass. We have been helping with the music ministry and the children’s program as well as helping with men’s ministry and in the Audio/Visual booth. In the additional time that we have in the U.S. we are planning another deputation trip. Please continue to pray for us and partner with us as we prepare for South Africa.
Special Letter From TCM Leadership Team:
Dear Friend and/or Financial Partner of Robby & Tegwen Heath,
The Directors of Things to Come Mission are excited to have Robby & Tegwen Heath serve as missionaries in South Africa! The Heaths are ready and eager to go; however, we have delayed their departure until their future TCM co-workers, Dean and Sheba Padayhag, arrive back in South Africa. The Padayhags are currently visiting churches and supporters in the U.S. They return to the Philippines November 9th, to apply for their visas to South Africa. If all goes as planned, they expect to be back in South Africa by the last week in November.
Our desire is that the Heath’s arrival and adjustment to South Africa be as smooth as possible. The Padayhags have served there for 9 years, and we believe having them there to receive the Heaths is the best way to initiate Robby and Tegwen and their kids into life and ministry in South Africa. The TCM work in South Africa is also going through restructuring and personnel changes over the next few months. Rather than have the Heaths arrive in the midst of a transition, we want them to start out with the new structure in place.
We are pleased that Robby & Tegwen are engaged in active ministry in their home church in Grants Pass, OR while they wait. We encourage you to implement or maintain your partnership with them through prayer and/or financial support. If you have any questions or require clarification about the Heath’s status or prospective ministry in South Africa, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for joining us in reaching the world for Christ,
